On April 8th, Cordon Electronics took over the telecom branch of Cirma Entreprise, in Saint-Loubès, near Bordeaux. This new subsidiary, wholly-owned by the Cordon group and now called Cirma Electronics has about a 100 employees and achieved sales 7 million€ in its most recent financial year. .
This acquisition completes Cordon Electronics presence in France & provides it with heavyweight approvals (HTC, Nokia, Sharp etc.). It also enhances its position of leader on the French market.
Furthermore, this take-over will enable the group to get new agreements & as a consequence, offer to its customers a global management in services as well as in logistics.
